You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. Failure to inform us within 14 days will give you no right to an exchange or a refund. Please note shipping is non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged. Please note you may not cancel/return/exchange an order for PERSONALISED PRODUCT(S). However, if the personalised product is faulty, you will receive an exchange or a refund.
Once we have received the product and confirmed that the item is faulty, we will exchange it for a new item in 3-5 working days (stock permitting) or we will refund you if requested.

- Please check your email to find your DHL return label. You should print it, stick it on the box and drop the box off at the nearest DHL drop-off office.
- DROP-OFF: Take your parcel to your nearest DHL drop-off service point.
*Please bear in mind that our products are fragile so please ensure you pack them properly so they can reach us in good condition.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used to place the order. You will receive your refund within 5-10 working days (depending upon the bank). Please note shipping is non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
