Delivery

We currently only deliver in the UK. All orders are sent with DHL and are fully tracked. We offer standard delivery only. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 1-2 working days.

• Orders placed on Monday will arrive on Thursday.
• Orders placed on Tuesday will arrive on Friday.
• Orders placed on Wednesday will arrive on Monday the following week.
• Orders placed on Thursday will arrive on Tuesday the following week.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will arrive on Wednesday the following week.

Limitations to the delivery services apply for Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We are not responsible for delivery delays that are outside of our control.

Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sunday, Christmas Day and Bank Holidays.

What if nobody’s home when my item is delivered?

If you are not in to receive your parcel, you will receive an SMS text which contains a link that you can follow to reschedule your delivery for a more suitable date and time. If we do not hear from you within 5 working days from the original due date, then the parcel will return to our warehouse and we will issue you with a refund within 20 working days. Please note that you will be charged for re-delivery of orders if you provided incorrect address information.
